SHIPPING AND RETURNS

 

General Return Policy:

• Returns for full refund to original payment method must be made within 30 days of purchase (in-store) or within 30 days of receiving the product (if purchased online). 

• Exchanges for Store Credit must be made within 60 days. 

• We do not accept returns without the original tags attached.

• Shoes must not be worn and must be in new, resalable condition along with their original packaging.

• Tights may only be returned if they are unopened and unworn. 

• For health and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on undergarments.

• No returns on special orders.

• No returns on clearance items.

• Some items are marked non-returnable; please check with our sales associates if you are unsure. 

• We reserve the right to refuse any returns at our discretion.

Return & Exchange Conditions:

• Items must be in new, resellable condition and must be unworn and undamaged. 

• Items must have original packaging and tags attached.

Shoe Exchange Policy:

• Shoes must be returned in new condition, without any marks or soil.

• Shoes must be returned in the original packaging and include all items they came with.

• Shoes must be in a condition to resell.

• We reserve the right to inspect returned shoes to ensure they are resalable before issuing a refund or credit.

Shipping a Return/Exchange:

• If you need to ship a return, you are responsible for the cost of shipping it back to the store along with repackaging the item(s) and ensuring their pristine condition.
